Israeli Forces Strike Carpet Sales Center in Isfahan Province

Isfahan: A commercial center specializing in carpet sales in Iran's central Isfahan Province was hit by attacks carried out by Israeli occupation forces, as reported by the Iranian Mehr News Agency on Sunday. The agency reported that the commercial center was struck twice, leading firefighting and emergency response teams to rush to the scene to manage the aftermath.

According to Kuwait News Agency, since the early hours of last Friday, Tehran and several other Iranian cities have been subjected to extensive attacks launched by Israeli forces. The Iranian government has reported the deaths of several high-profile figures, including Major General Mohammad Bagheri, Chief of the General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, and Revolutionary Guard commander Hossein Salami. In addition, a number of other Revolutionary Guard leaders, nuclear scientists, and civilians have been reported dead. Vital nuclear facilities and residential areas have also been targeted in these attacks.

The list of those killed in the attacks includes notable figures such as Fereydoon Abbasi, former head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran; Mohammad Mehdi Tehranchi, President of the Islamic Azad University and a nuclear expert; Gholamreza Rashid, commander of the Khatam al-Anbiya headquarters of the Revolutionary Guard; and Amir Ali Hajizadeh, commander of the Revolutionary Guard Air Force.
