Israeli Airstrike in South Lebanon Results in Casualties

Beirut: Two people were killed and two others injured in a fresh airstrike by Israeli occupation forces on south Lebanon, as reported by the country's Ministry of Public Health. The incident occurred on Friday, targeting a car in the southern Lebanese town of Toul, Nabatieh District.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the Ministry's Emergency Operations Center issued a press release confirming the attack resulted in the deaths of two individuals and injuries to two others. Additionally, Israeli occupation drones reportedly fired a stun grenade near a bulldozer in Al-Khiyam Neighborhood, sparking a fire on the vehicle.

The Israeli occupation forces have continued their operations in south Lebanon despite a ceasefire that was implemented in November 2024, raising concerns about the ongoing conflict's impact on the region's stability.
