Israeli Air Strike on Southern Beirut Suburb Kills One Person.

Beirut: An Israeli air strike on the Al-Hadath district, located on the edges of Beirut's southern suburbs, has resulted in the death of one person and injuries to 15 others, as reported by the ministry of health. Six of those wounded required hospitalization following the attack. According to Kuwait News Agency, similar assaults were reported by the National News Agency on Hezzerta in the heights of the eastern town of Zahle and Mashghara. Other air raids targeted areas along the banks of the Litani river near al-Buwaidah, as well as the villages of Zawtar Al-Sharqiya, Al-Numairiya, Romin, Yater, Kafra, and the outskirts of Qana. In the southern market town of Al-Nabatiya, Israeli warplanes attacked the neighborhoods of Hey Al-Mamslakh and Al-Salhia. Lebanon has been experiencing daily Israeli assaults from the air, ground, and sea since October 23. The frontier south continues to see clashes between occupation forces and Lebanese resistance, with Israeli gunboats off the Lebanese coast often participating in these attacks. Earlier today, local media reported an incident involving Israeli commandos who allegedly abducted a local navy student from a chalet in Batroun, north of Beirut. The commandos reportedly came ashore under the cover of darkness and retreated with the hostage aboard a speedboat.
