According to Kuwait News Agency, the Iraqi Foreign Ministry issued a statement noting that Hussein, acting as the current president of the Arab League summit, proposed that the emergency meeting coincide with next week's Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) summit in Istanbul. Hussein emphasized that the meeting aims to coordinate Arab positions in response to the fast-evolving situation and to collectively tackle the challenges faced responsibly.
