Iraq And Germany Sign An Executive Memorandum To Develop Air Traffic Between The Two Countries

The Iraqi Civil Aviation Authority signed an executive memorandum with its German counterpart with the aim of developing air traffic between the two countries.

 

The head of the Civil Aviation Authority, Imad Abdel Razzaq, said in a statement: “The meeting with the German side discussed a draft of the air transport services agreement for the purpose of updating the previous agreement signed between the two countries in 1977, in addition to signing an executive memorandum with the German side to develop air transport traffic between the two countries to include serves the interests of the Iraqi national carriers and the current Iraqi airports.”

 

He added: “Cooperation and coordination with the German side would benefit from all experiences and capabilities to develop the reality of air transport movement in a way that serves the national interest of Iraq.”
