Gaza: Five Gazans, including two babies, have died in the last 24 hours due to hunger and poor nutrition, according to local health authorities. This tragic development was announced in a press statement on Friday, highlighting the severe impact of the ongoing crisis in the region.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the total number of hunger-related fatalities in Gaza has now reached 322, with 121 of these being infants. The statement further revealed that since August 22, when the UN confirmed a famine in the war-stricken area, 44 Gazans, including six children, have succumbed to hunger and malnutrition. The situation continues to deteriorate as the region grapples with the consequences of prolonged conflict and limited access to essential resources.
