London: Heathrow Airport announced Saturday that part of its services were disrupted following a cyberattack on Collins Aerospace, the U.S. company providing passenger check-in and boarding systems to several European airports. Heathrow, the UK's largest airport, said the technical failure partially affected departing passenger procedures and urged travelers to check with their airlines and avoid arriving at the airport more than three hours before departure.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the announcement came after other European airports, including Berlin and Brussels, confirmed facing similar technical issues linked to the same service provider.
