Riyadh: Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA) Advisor Turki Alalshikh announced the release of free tickets for Sneaker Con, the world's leading event for sneaker enthusiasts, which returns to Riyadh as part of the sixth edition of Riyadh Season. The exhibition will be held at Cool Arena in Boulevard City from January 26 to 28.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Sneaker Con is one of the world's largest specialized exhibitions, with more than 40 events held annually in major cities such as New York, Los Angeles, London, Shanghai, and Sydney. It serves as an international platform bringing together brands, designers, content creators, and collectors of rare sneakers under one roof.
The exhibition offers an integrated experience ranging from sneaker marketplaces and limited-edition releases to authentication, buying and selling zones, live shows, interactive workshops, and panel discussions, as well as the main stage and accompanying activities that reflect the spirit of global youth culture.
The previous edition of Sneaker Con, held under the umbrella of Riyadh Season, achieved notable success, recording strong public turnout and broad participation from international and local brands and stores. This strengthened its presence as one of the region's leading specialized mass-attendance events and reinforced its status as a key destination for enthusiasts in this field.
The hosting of Sneaker Con, with free tickets available through the Webook application, comes as part of Riyadh Season's direction to present diverse global events that attract new audience segments and keep pace with the latest trends, further enhancing Riyadh's position as a global destination for distinctive, high-quality events.
