Kuwait city: Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jasem Al-Budaiwi extended Tuesday his sincerest congratulations and best wishes to GCC leaders and to the people of the Gulf and the entire Islamic world on the occasion of the advent of the Holy Month of Ramadan.
According to Kuwait News Agency, in a press statement, the GCC chief prayed to Allah the Almighty that this blessed month brings prosperity and blessings, and that this occasion recurs for all Gulf and Islamic nations with security, safety, peace, and stability.
