Hosted by Kuwait, the meeting brought together military leaders to emphasize the importance of military integration among member states.

According to Kuwait News Agency, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Kuwaiti Army, Air Vice Marshal Sabah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, chaired the meeting.
