According to Kuwait News Agency, this conversation took place during a phone call received by the Algerian minister from his Iranian counterpart. The discussion focused on Israeli occupation attacks on the Islamic Republic of Iran, as stated in a press release by the Algerian Foreign Ministry.
During the phone conversation, the Algerian foreign minister reiterated his country's condemnation of the Israeli occupation aggression. He called on the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) to fulfill its responsibilities by enforcing respect for international law and the UN Charter to halt Israeli occupation attacks.
