Philadelphia: Brazil’s Flamengo beat EC Tunis by 2-0 goals in their Group D match within the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 held in the US between June 14 and July 13. The match held in the Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania State, saw Flamengo scoring twice in the 17 and 70 minutes via Giorgian De Arrascaeta and Luiz Araujo respectively.
According to Kuwait News Agency, Flamengo now heads Group D alongside English team Chelsea, which won its match against Los Angeles FC by the same score of 2-0. This current tournament sees the participation of 32 teams divided into 8 groups of four. Some 63 games are scheduled for this tournament.
