Kuwait city: The Supreme Committee for Kuwaiti Citizenship convened a meeting on Thursday, presided over by First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah. The Committee announced that it had decided to revoke Kuwaiti citizenship in several cases, and the matter has been referred to the cabinet for further action.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the revocations were due to reasons including dual citizenship, forgery, fraud, and actions conflicting with the state's supreme interest. The Committee's decision underscores the government's commitment to maintaining the integrity of Kuwaiti citizenship.
