Egyptian President Receives Kuwaiti First Deputy Prime Minister

Cairo: Egyptian President Abdelfattah Al-Sisi welcomed Kuwait's First Deputy Prime Minister, Defense Minister, and Interior Minister, Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah, along with his accompanying delegation, during their official visit to Cairo on Sunday.

According to Kuwait News Agency, Sheikh Fahad Al-Yusuf conveyed warm greetings of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, wishing President Al-Sisi good health and more progress and prosperity for the brotherly people of Egypt.

The reception focused on the longstanding relations, and ways to further cooperation in various sectors to serve mutual interests.

The two sides also exchanged views on latest regional and international developments, as well as matters of shared concern.

Kuwait's Ambassador to Egypt Ghanim Al-Ghanim and several senior officials from both countries attended the reception.
