EgyptAir Suspends Flights Amid Iran-Israeli Conflict

Cairo: EgyptAir announced on Sunday the cancellation of its flights to Beirut, Amman, Baghdad, and Irbil until further notice. In a press release, Egypt's national airline stated that the decision was made in light of recent developments in the region due to exchanged airstrikes between Iran and the Israeli occupation.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the airline emphasized that the suspension of flights is part of its commitment to ensuring the safety and security of its passengers. EgyptAir assured that its operations would resume once the situation stabilizes. The conflict between Iran and the Israeli occupation escalated when Israeli forces launched airstrikes early Saturday, targeting Iran's nuclear and military facilities.
