Kuwait City: Minister of Defense and Acting Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Sabah affirmed the political leadership's commitment to supporting the armed forces, enhancing their efficiency, and boosting their readiness to confront various challenges. These remarks were shared in a press statement issued by the Ministry of Defense following Sheikh Abdullah's visit to the Mohammed Al-Ahmad Naval Base in the Julai'a area. According to Kuwait News Agency, Sheikh Abdullah participated in an iftar meal with personnel stationed at the base. Accompanying him on this visit were Undersecretary of the Ministry of Defense Sheikh Dr. Abdullah Mishal Mubarak Al-Sabah and Deputy Chief of Staff of the Kuwaiti Army, Major General Pilot Sabah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah. The Ministry of Defense outlined that during the visit, Sheikh Abdullah began by receiving a briefing on the naval forces' assigned duties, workflow mechanisms, and their current state of readiness. Additionally, the minister conducted a fie ld tour, inspecting several units and facilities within the naval force to assess their preparedness.
