Death Toll Rises in Israeli Airstrikes on Lebanon

Beirut: Two waves of Israeli occupation air attacks on southern and eastern Lebanon on Saturday resulted in at least seven deaths and 40 injuries. According to Kuwait News Agency, a fatality and five injuries were reported from an attack on Qlayleh village in the eastern governorate of Baalbek-Hermel, based on the latest update from the Lebanese health ministry's emergency center. One person was killed and 11 others were injured in an airstrike on the southwestern city of Tyre this evening. Six individuals were injured in an air attack on Hawsh Al-Sayyid Ali town in the northeastern Hermel district, while an airstrike on Sarine village resulted in four injuries. Several air attacks also targeted the towns of Kafr Kala, Faron, Al-Ghandourieh, Dir Qanon Al-Nahr, Al-Halousieh, Tyr Daba, Sriefa, and Zabqin, as reported by the National News Agency. Earlier in the day, an Israeli occupation airstrike on the southern town of Tulin claimed the lives of five people, including a female child, and injured 11 others , according to a night update from the emergency center.
