Los angeles: Thirty people sustained injuries after a vehicle drove into a crowd outside the Vermont Hollywood music venue in Los Angeles. Seven individuals were critically injured, and six others were in serious condition, as reported by the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD). According to Kuwait News Agency, the incident occurred as a line of mostly women waited to enter the venue at 02:00 local time (09:00 GMT) on Saturday. The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating the crash as an intentional act, noting that the driver made a U-turn before ramming into the crowd. Police stated that upon their arrival, bystanders had pulled the driver out of his car and were attacking him. It was further reported that one of the assailants had shot the driver. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
