Sarajevo: The member of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s presidency, Denis Becirovic, extolled the deep-rooted ties with Kuwait. Becirovic made the statement during his meeting with Kuwait’s Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Salah Al-Banai, at the headquarters of the presidency, where they discussed the distinguished relations and means of boosting them in all fields, Kuwait’s Embassy in Sarajevo said in a statement received by KUNA.
According to Kuwait News Agency, both sides addressed ways to enhance the economy and harness all efforts to raise trade exchange between the two countries. Becirovic extended an invitation to Kuwaiti investors and companies, highlighting the multiple opportunities available in light of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s openness to Europe.
The discussions also focused on activating bilateral deals and expanding cooperation in other domains such as food security, the health sector, and military industries. Additionally, the meeting touched on the importance of activating reciprocal visits among the two countries’ officials and delegations, as well as coordinating common stances and cooperation in international arenas.
The need for consultation regarding regional and international issues, particularly those of mutual concern, for the benefits of both sides was also emphasized during the meeting.
