Gaza: Gaza's health authorities said Tuesday that Al-Shifa Medical Complex has stopped kidney-dialysis services after running out of fuel and can now offer only a few hours of intensive care. In a press statement, they warned that continued fuel shortages would mean certain death for patients and the wounded.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the medical sector is already in a severe, ongoing crisis because the Israeli occupation supplies fuel only in dribs and drabs. The authorities again urged international organizations and all concerned parties to intervene and protect the healthcare system from collapse by providing essential medical supplies.
