Amiri Decree Assigns New Board of Commissioners for CMA

Kuwait City: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah signed a decree on Monday appointing the new Board of Commissioners for the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) for a four-year term. This appointment can be renewed once.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the newly appointed board includes Chairman Emad Tifoni and Vice Chairman Rayyan Al-Zaid. The board members are Tareq Shihab, Hessa Al-Roumi, and Thamer Al-Nisf. The decree has tasked Minister of Commerce and Industry Khalifa Al-Askar with implementing the decree upon its publication in the official gazette.
