Kuwait city: Al-Khaled submits credentials as Kuwait's non-resident Amb. to Lithuania: Kuwait's Ambassador to Germany Reem Mohammad Al-Khaled submitted her credentials to President of Lithuania Gitanas Nauseda as the country's non-resident envoy, during a ceremony held at the presidential palace in the capital of Lithuania, Vilnius.
According to Kuwait News Agency, Al-Khaled stated that she conveyed His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah's greetings to President Nauseda, wishing Lithuania progress and prosperity. During the meeting, she affirmed Kuwait's interest in strengthening relations with Lithuania and exploring collaboration in areas of common interest.
She noted that discussions during the meeting included regional and international topics, highlighting shared views on the importance of dialogue and cooperation in addressing common challenges. Al-Khaled elaborated that Kuwait aims to develop a constructive partnership with Lithuania, focusing on enhancing cultural, economic, and political cooperation to serve mutual interests and strengthen ties between the two countries.
