The head of the National Wisdom Movement, Ammar al-Hakim, confirmed that Iraq is witnessing unprecedented security stability
He said in a televised statement that the current budget is the largest in the history of Iraq and the third in the Arab world.
He explained that the previous election law seemed unfair and deprived two-thirds of voters from voting.
Al-Hakim indicated that the religious authority said, “Look for a fair election law.”
