Military forces launched a security operation to secure the border strip between Diyala and Salah Al-Din.
A military source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that military units launched a security operation from two axes to comb the border strip between Diyala and Salah Al-Din.
He added that the operation comes within the strategy of the Diyala Operations Command to secure the Hamrin heights and redeploy in a basin with complex geographical terrain.
