Kuwait City: Countries across the globe expressed condemnation and concern on Friday over the Israeli occupation's aggressive actions toward Iran.
According to Kuwait News Agency, Russian Presidency Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov relayed Russia's disapproval of the escalating tensions between the Israeli occupation and Iran. Peskov noted that President Vladimir Putin is closely monitoring the situation, cautioning against potential uncalculated consequences.
Belgium's Foreign Minister Maxime Prevot highlighted the perilous nature of the military escalation, labeling the Israeli occupation's actions and Iran's retaliatory measures as dangerous. On the social media platform X, Prevot urged restraint to prevent a broader confrontation.
The French Foreign Ministry also called for restraint, emphasizing the need to avoid escalation and to engage diplomatic channels to ensure safety and stability in the region.
Turkey's Foreign Ministry condemned the aggression, describing it as a violation of international law and a destabilizing provocation.
Japanese Foreign Minister Takeshi Iwaya expressed strong condemnation of the attacks on Iran's nuclear and military installations. He assured Japan's commitment to diplomatic efforts aimed at preventing further deterioration, stressing, "It is extremely regrettable that military means have been used while diplomatic efforts are continuing toward a peaceful resolution of the Iranian nuclear issue."
India's Ministry of External Affairs voiced deep concern, stating, "We are closely monitoring the evolving situation, including reports related to attacks on nuclear sites." India urged both parties to avoid further escalation and to engage in dialogue and diplomacy to resolve underlying issues.
Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim issued a strong condemnation, describing the aggression as a reckless act that threatens regional stability.
Indonesia's Foreign Ministry also denounced the act as illegitimate, calling for conflict resolution through peaceful means in accordance with international law.
