WAFA: Rafah Crossing opened allowing medical supplies to enter Gaza

GAZA, The Rafah Crossing was opened on Saturday to allow medical supplies into the Gaza Strip, which is entering its 15th day of the brutal assault from the Israeli occupation, said the Palestinian News and Information Agency (WAFA).

The supplies would tend to the needs of over a million displaced Palestinians within Gaza as the health infrastructure is on the brink of collapse, indicated the agency.

The source added that hundreds of trucks on the Egyptian side of the crossing are awaiting to unload their food supplies and necessities in preparation to distribute within the Gaza Strip. (end) gta
