According to Kuwait News Agency, Rubio emphasized Kuwait's role as an indispensable partner in promoting regional security and stability across the Middle East. He acknowledged Kuwait's commitment to regional stability and its humanitarian assistance to crisis-affected populations. This includes the Amir's decision to join the Board of Peace and his pledge to support Gaza's reconstruction.
Rubio expressed Washington's desire to further strengthen US-Kuwait ties across various fields and to expand trade and investment for the mutual benefit of both countries. He reaffirmed the United States' commitment to the enduring friendship and strategic partnership with Kuwait, as the nation celebrates this significant milestone.
