US Announces Capture of Venezuelan President Maduro and His Wife

Washington: US President Donald Trump announced the capture of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores. A plane carrying the couple arrived at Stewart Air National Guard Base in New York.

According to Kuwait News Agency, President Trump also mentioned that US companies would be "very strongly involved" in the utilization of Venezuela's oil sector following the capture. This development comes amid ongoing tensions between the two nations.

In other news, the Foreign Ministry has reiterated its call for Yemenis to engage in dialogue to restore stability, security, and national unity in the country. Meanwhile, in Beirut, three people were injured in Israeli occupation airstrikes on southern Lebanon.

Additionally, Pakistan has successfully conducted a flight test of the air-to-surface cruise missile "Taimoor," marking a significant advancement in their defense capabilities.
