KUWAIT CITY: The United Arab Emirates assured citizens and residents on Sunday that relevant national authorities are closely monitoring the situation regarding developments at nuclear facilities in Iran, affirming that there is no impact on the UAE.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the UAE's Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation (FANR) remains fully informed and engaged in ongoing monitoring efforts, in coordination with international partners, including the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), and that the authority receives regular updates through official channels.
FANR emphasized, based on its continuous monitoring, that there are no effects on the UAE as a result of these developments.
The authority also urged the public to rely on official sources for information and to avoid spreading rumours or unverified news.
