According to Kuwait News Agency, Biden highlighted that the Moldovan people participated in the electoral process on Sunday, expressing their support for President Sandu's vision of a secure, prosperous, and democratic Moldova. He noted that Sandu's re-election follows the country's constitutional referendum held two weeks prior, which backed Moldova's pursuit of European Union membership.
