Security forces in Maysan arrested two suspects for various crimes during security operations carried out in Al-Majar Al-Kabir District, south of the governorate. Maysan Police Command said in a statement: "A force from the Al-Majar Al-Kabir District Police Department carried out a security exercise to pursue wanted persons and implement arrest warrants, which resulted in the arrest of (two) suspects in accordance with the provisions of Article (31/406 attempted murder and the other in accordance with Article 381, indicating that the necessary legal and investigative measures were taken against them in accordance with the law."
