Gaza: Two Palestinians, Mohamad Idrees, 35, and Moaath Rayan, 32, have died in Israeli occupation jails, as announced by Palestine's public authority for civil affairs on Sunday. The news of their deaths has raised significant concerns about the treatment of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli custody. According to Kuwait News Agency, the Palestinian Prisoners Club and the Commission for Prisoners Affairs released a joint statement confirming the deaths. They received information regarding the "martyrdom" of the two prisoners after corresponding with the occupation army. The families of the deceased have also provided insights into their conditions before incarceration. Mohamad Idrees reportedly had no health issues before his disappearance in August, while Moaath Rayan was completely paralyzed before his capture in October. The joint statement from the Palestinian organizations highlighted concerns about the aggressive treatment faced by Palestinians in Israeli jails. It also condemned what they described as genocide against the people of the Gaza Strip. These developments have intensified scrutiny over the conditions within Israeli detention facilities and the broader impact on Palestinian communities.
