Turkish Authorities Intercept 32 Irregular Migrants

Canakkale: The Turkish gendarmerie announced on Saturday the arrest of 32 migrants from Afghanistan, including nine children, as they attempted to cross the Aegean Sea into Europe illegally.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the migrants were intercepted on a boat off the northwestern province of Canakkale. The operation was conducted by the Turkish security forces, who continue to monitor and control illegal migration activities in the region.
