Ankara: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Russian President Vladimir Putin engaged in discussions on key bilateral relations and pressing international issues, particularly the ongoing situations in Syria and Ukraine. According to Kuwait News Agency, during a telephone conversation, President Erdogan expressed concerns over the security implications of the clashes in Syria's Suwayda Governorate following the withdrawal of Syrian forces. The Turkish presidency's communication center highlighted Erdogan's emphasis on respecting Syria's sovereignty and his condemnation of the repeated Israeli violations of Syrian territories.
