Turaif: Turaif Governorate in Northern Borders Region recorded a temperature of -1°C today, marking the lowest temperature among the Kingdom's cities and governorates.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the center had issued a warning about a cold wave affecting Northern Borders Region, urging residents to take necessary precautions to mitigate the effects of the cold weather.
