Thunderstorms and Dust-Stirring Winds Expected in Several Saudi Regions

Jeddah: The National Center for Meteorology has forecast thunderstorms in parts of Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, Makkah, and Madinah regions. Dust-stirring winds are anticipated in the eastern parts of these regions, along with parts of Najran, Riyadh, Qassim, Hail, Al-Jouf, and Northern Borders regions.

According to Saudi Press Agency, winds over the Red Sea will be northwesterly to northerly in the northern and central parts, and southeasterly to southwesterly in the southern part at speeds of 15-30 km/h. The waves are expected to range from half a meter to one and a half meters, maintaining a relatively calm sea condition.

In the Arabian Gulf, the winds will be northwesterly to northerly at speeds of 20-40 km/h. Waves may reach from one to two meters, with the sea remaining relatively calm.
