Thunderclouds and Fog Expected in Parts of Saudi Arabia on Wednesday

Riyadh: Weather conditions in Saudi Arabia are anticipated to vary significantly on Wednesday.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the National Center for Meteorology has forecasted the formation of thunderclouds accompanied by gusty winds in parts of the highlands of Makkah, Al-Baha, and Aseer regions.

Fog is expected to form during the night and early morning hours in these regions, as well as in the southern parts of the Eastern Region. Meanwhile, the weather will remain stable across the rest of the Kingdom.

Winds over the Red Sea are predicted to be northwesterly to northerly in the northern and central parts, and southeasterly to southerly in the southern part, with speeds ranging from 15 to 30 km/h. Wave heights are expected to range from half a meter to one and a half meters, contributing to relatively calm sea conditions.

In the Arabian Gulf, northwesterly winds are anticipated at speeds of 10 to 25 km/h. Waves in this area are forecasted to range from half a meter to one meter, maintaining calm sea conditions.
