The President hands over the Republican Decree to Ribwar Taha appointing him as Governor of Kirkuk

Baghdad, President of the Republic Abdul Latif Rashid handed over the Republican Decree, today, Tuesday, to Ribwar Taha appointing him as Governor of Kirkuk. The Presidency of the Republic said in a statement: "The President of the Republic received Ribwar Taha at the Baghdad Palace and handed him the Republican Decree appointing him as Governor of Kirkuk."
