Defense Minister Thabet Muhammad al-Abbasi discussed today, Saturday, with the head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Massoud Barzani, ways of joint cooperation between the center and the region to eliminate terrorist remnants.
The Ministry of Defense said in a statement that Defense Minister Thabet Muhammad Saeed Al-Abbasi met with the head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Massoud Barzani, in Erbil Governorate.
It added, “During the meeting, which was attended by the Deputy Minister of Peshmerga and the Chief of Staff of the Peshmerga, they discussed ways of joint cooperation between the center and the region to eliminate terrorist remnants.”
