The Council of Ministers decided, on Tuesday, to send 400 billion dinars per month for the salaries of employees of the Kurdistan Regional Government.
The Head of the Kurdistan Regional Government representative in the capital, Baghdad, Fares Issa, said in a televised statement, “The Council of Ministers decided to send 400 billion dinars per month for the salaries of the employees of the Kurdistan Regional Government.”
Issa indicated that “until the budget is approved by the Iraqi Council of Representatives, these amounts will be sent continuously to the salaries of employees in the Kurdistan region.”
