Omdurman: The rebel Rapid Support Forces (RSF) bombarded Omdurman city, killing at least 54 people and injuring 158 others, the coordination committee of resistance in Karary district, northwest Khartoum, said Saturday. The attacks were directed at neighborhoods where protests had erupted against the presence of the RSF.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the resistance group of volunteers noted in a statement that the RSF's artillery attacks were particularly fierce, causing significant casualties among the civilian population.
