Kuwait city: Kuwait is witnessing strong winds that trigger dust waves exceeding 50 km/h and lowering visibility in undeveloped regions, the national meteorological center said on Saturday. Dherar Al-Ali, the director of weather forecasting, highlighted the impact of northwestern high altitude winds with moderate speeds, leading to sea waves more than six feet in height.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the forecast temperature in the coming hours is expected to range between 21-23 degrees minimum and 34-36 degrees maximum. The dust is projected to begin receding tonight, improving horizontal visibility.
The weather on Sunday is anticipated to tilt towards heat during the day, becoming relatively humid in coastal regions. At night, conditions will be moderate and moist. In the coming days, the weather will remain humid at nighttime in the coastal areas as the winds shift southeasterly.
