Sharm El-Sheikh Summit Kicks Off with Global Leaders in Attendance

Sharm el-sheikh: The peace summit in Egypt's Red Sea resort city of Sharm El-Sheikh commenced on Monday, co-chaired by Egyptian President Abdelfattah Al-Sisi and U.S. President Donald Trump, bringing together leaders from 31 countries and regional and international organizations.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the gathering began with the leaders of the U.S., Egypt, Turkiye, and Qatar signing an inclusive document related to the recent agreement between Hamas and the Israeli occupation. The summit's primary focus is to bring an end to the war in Gaza, enhance peace and stability efforts in the Middle East, and initiate a new era of regional security and stability.

Kuwait's delegation is led by His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, representing His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah at the summit.
