Saudi Interior Minister Begins Official Visit to Kuwait

Kuwait city: Saudi Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud Al Saud commenced his official visit to Kuwait, marking an important engagement between the two neighboring countries. The visit began with a formal reception at Kuwait International Airport.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the Saudi minister was welcomed by Kuwait's First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahad Yousuf Al-Sabah. Sheikh Fahad expressed his appreciation for the longstanding fraternal and historical ties between Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. He highlighted the ongoing high-level collaboration between the interior ministries of both nations, emphasizing its significance for enhancing security and stability in the region.

The reception ceremony was notably attended by several key figures, including the Saudi Ambassador to Kuwait, Prince Sultan bin Saad Al Saud, and the Acting Undersecretary of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior, Major General Ali Al-Adwani. A number of senior security officials were also present, marking the importance of the visit in terms of regional security cooperation.
