Rabat: Saudi Ambassador to the Kingdom of Morocco Dr. Sami bin Abdullah Al-Saleh praised the deep-rooted historical ties between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Kingdom of Morocco. During a press conference with Moroccan media representatives at the embassy in Rabat, Al-Saleh highlighted the achievements in bilateral relations during 2025. He noted the meetings between officials from both countries and the agreements signed to enhance cooperation across various fields, aimed at boosting Saudi investments in Morocco.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Al-Saleh also reviewed ongoing measures taken by Saudi Arabia to facilitate Hajj and Umrah procedures for pilgrims from both Islamic and Western countries. Al-Saleh provided a detailed explanation of the Makkah Route Initiative, which offers facilities to Moroccan pilgrims by streamlining administrative procedures for obtaining necessary visas and simplifying travel and transportation arrangements. This ensures the comfort and safety of pilgrims, maximizing the benefits of their Hajj experience.
