Kuwait City: Saud Al-Nasser Al-Sabah Diplomatic Institute has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the College of Europe in Bruges focusing on diplomatic cooperation. The agreement aims to enhance diplomatic training, share expertise, and address global challenges, including climate change, women's empowerment, peace, human rights, and security. According to Kuwait News Agency, the signing ceremony was attended by key officials including Kuwait Assistant Foreign Minister for Saud Al-Nasser Al-Sabah Diplomatic Institute Affairs, Ambassador Nasser Al-Sabeeh, Director of the College of Europe Federica Mogherini, the European Union's Ambassador to Kuwait Anne Koistinen, and Kuwait's Ambassador to Belgium and EU Nawaf Al-Enezi. The participants expressed optimism about the MoU, emphasizing its potential to strengthen historic ties and expand collaborative opportunities.
