Medina: President of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais has carried out a field tour at the Prophet's Mosque to review the efforts of the general department for responding to inquiries and the scientific and guidance services it provides to visitors. He emphasized the importance of attentively addressing inquiries, correcting Islamic concepts, and enhancing the quality of religious guidance in a manner that reflects the moderate and scholarly message of the Prophet's Mosque.
According to Saudi Press Agency, he also reviewed the advanced, interactive, multilingual screen system, designed to provide guidance, awareness, and educational content while respecting visitors' cultural diversity and addressing their religious and informational needs.
Al-Sudais received a detailed explanation of the screens' operation and the modern digital services they offer, which help convey the moderate religious message, promote sound guidance, and facilitate easy access to legal and educational information. He stressed the importance of using modern technology to serve visitors to the two holy mosques and to improve the quality of religious services.
