Real Estate Future Forum Concludes in Riyadh with Major Agreements and Policy Insights

Riyadh: The fifth edition of the Real Estate Future Forum concluded yesterday in Riyadh under the theme 'Expanding Horizons: Real Estate Thriving,' held under the patronage of Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed Al-Hogail.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the forum served as a global platform for dialogue and solution development in the real estate sector, announcing its final recommendations. These recommendations reflect the maturity of the Saudi experience, the expansion of investment opportunities, and the sector's transformation into a key driver of economic growth and quality of life.

The event witnessed broad international participation, with more than 10,000 attendees from 140 countries, over 300 speakers, and more than 50 dialogue sessions and specialized workshops. It resulted in the signing of over 80 agreements and memoranda of understanding aimed at boosting investment, developing human capital, enhancing knowledge exchange, and strengthening the regulatory and technological environment of the sector.

The forum highlighted that the updated regulations for non-Saudi property ownership represent a quality shift in the Saudi real estate market by promoting transparency, protecting rights, and balancing investment attraction with sustainable development. This shift reinforces the Kingdom's position as a global benchmark for real estate regulation and a hub connecting international investors with local opportunities.

The forum emphasized the importance of knowledge exchange, regional integration, and expanded international cooperation to enhance policy efficiency and align visions for the sector's future. It also announced that the sixth edition will be held from January 18 to 20, 2027.
