Doha: Qatari Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani held discussions on Tuesday with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy regarding the situation in Ukraine.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the Qatari Amiri Diwan released a statement indicating that the two leaders engaged in a phone conversation. During the call, President Zelenskyy expressed his appreciation to Qatar and its leadership for their diplomatic efforts in supporting Ukraine.
The conversation included an overview of the developments in Ukraine, with the Qatari Amir emphasizing Qatar's commitment to pursuing a peaceful resolution to the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
