President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Tuesday August 8, 2023, said that the State has adopted a plan to revamp Historic Cairo.
The president thanked Indian Bohra community and its leader for their contribution to the underway renovation of mausoleums nationwide.
President Sisi made the remarks on the sidelines of the opening of Al Sayyida Nafisa Mosque after its renovation.
He added: “Work is underway to start the renovation of Al Sayeda Zainab mosque, within the context of State’s plan to revamp Historic Cairo.”
